Description of the IGWCO COP Meeting
The eighth Integrated Global Water Cycle Observations (IGWCO)
Community of Practice (COP) annual science and planning meeting will take place
in Kona, Hawaii on Feburary 22 PM to February 24, 2012. This meeting will
be an important opportunity to review strategies for the GEO
Water Societal Benefit Area in the 2012-2015 GEO Work Plan, to explore collaborative projects
with CEOS, WMO and UNESCO, and to scope out the new Water Cycle Integration concept.

AGU Chapman conference on Remote Sensing of the Terrestrial Water Cycle (Feb. 19-22, 2012)
